Picture Day Info:

• If your child plays on a HVBSA travel team and you want his picture for both rec and travel teams, please bring both jerseys during either of their scheduled time slots.
• Pre-order on the league’s online link. The link will be open until Midnight, May 7. The password is in all capital letters. The Link and Password are located at the top of this email. During Picture Day, you will be able to scan a QR code. The scan is provided below.
• If you still need to order after the deadline, a $10 Reorder/Graphic fee per player will apply and must be paid before placing an order.
• Please arrive 10 minutes before your Picture Time and be ready to be Photographed. Full-length pictures are taken of each player and coach.
• Bring your bat, glove, and catcher gear if you want it in the picture.
• If you are going to be late, please call your coach to notify the photographer that you will be late. If your team is scheduled to be photographed last, we will only wait 10 minutes for you. After 10 minutes, the photography area will close, and we begin to break down the gear.

• If you are ordering “BUDDY ITEMS,” please order only the items for BUDDY ITEMS. Not all items can be purchased for Buddy Items. Also, inform the photographer if you purchased a Buddy Item. Buddy pictures will be taken at the end of the team pictures. Buddy pictures are taken with the team on which you ordered the item.
• A team photo will be done, but NOT in the old way of taking a group picture. Each player will have 2 images taken, one for the team photo and one for individual products. We will extract each player and coach and build the team photo. So once your player has their images taken, they must leave the picture-taking area.
• Please only players, coaches & 1 parent in the photography area.
