Picture Day Info:

• A full team photo must be ordered to receive one.
• Ordering for multiple children or if child plays both rec and travel: You must choose “add player” during the checkout portion of the order form and it will allow you to go back and begin a separate order form for the additional order. This way, you will only be charged for shipping once. Each player and/or team info should be on separate forms.
• Pre-Order online before picture day. No paper order forms will be available on picture day. QR link to order form will be available.
• The online order form will be open until May 14 at midnight if you did not pre-order. Orders after May 14 will be charged a $10 fee per player.
• Be ready to be photographed in full uniform and with equipment.
• Those who play both travel and rec can take both pictures during their scheduled rec team time on May 6. Bring BOTH uniforms with you!
• Full length pictures are taken of each player and coaches. This helps to move the players along in the team time slot.
• Each player will have at least two individual images taken. (No group photos will be taken) We will extract each player and coaches and build the team photo from the individual photos.
• Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled picture time
• If you are going to be late, let your coach know to notify the photographer that you will be late. If your team is scheduled last to be photographed, we will wait 10 minutes for you. After 10 minutes the photography area will close, and we begin to break down gear.
• Ordering “Buddy Items”: If you are ordering “Buddy Items”, please order only the items that are for “Buddy Items”.  Not all items can be purchased for “Buddy Items”.  Also, inform the photographer if you are purchasing a “Buddy Item”. Please bring the “Buddies” together at one player’s scheduled picture time.
